Surface Morphology and Phase Composition of (Zn,Sn)Se Thin Films, Obtained by Chemical-Molecular Beam Deposition
نویسندگان
چکیده
(Zn,Sn)Se films of different chemical composition ratio Zn/Sn were obtained by molecular beam deposition (CMBD) method on borasilicate glass with variation the partial pressure ZnSe and SnSe in vapour phase during growth. Chemical composition, as well surface morphology samples investigated. The found to be a thin thickness 2–3 μm evenly distribution elements. Grain structure, roughness parameters dependencies elemental are determined.

Growth and Characterization of Thin MoS2 Films by Low- Temperature Chemical Bath Deposition Method
Transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) materials are very important inelectronic and optical integrated circuits and their growth is of great importance in thisfield. In this paper we present growth and fabrication of MoS2 (Molibdan DiSulfide)thin films by chemical bath method (CBD). The CBD method of growth makes itpossible to simply grow large area scale of the thin la...
متن کاملSimulation of Fabrication toward High Quality Thin Films for Robotic Applications by Ionized Cluster Beam Deposition
The most commonly used method for the production of thin films is based on deposition of atoms or molecules onto a solid surface. One of the suitable method is to produce high quality metallic, semiconductor and organic thin film is Ionized cluster beam deposition (ICBD), which are used in electronic, robotic, optical, optoelectronic devices. Many important factors such as cluster size, cluster...

Semiconducting zinc sulphide (ZnS) has been demonstrated that is an excellent candidate for substituting the possible toxic materials as CdS as n-type material on optoelectronic devices, and photocatalytic materials. The Chemical Bath Deposition technique (CBD) is very simple: it requires temperatures below 100°C, a reactor that can be a beaker and the reaction can be carried out at atmospheric...
متن کاملMolecular beam deposition of DNA nanometer films.
The development of novel photonic devices which incorporate biological materials is strongly tied to the development of thin film forming processes. Solution-based ("wet") processes when used with biomaterials in device fabrication suffer from dissolution of underlying layers, incompatibility with clean environment, inconsistent film properties, etc. We have investigated ultra-high-vacuum molec...
